Chilo & B.O.K. release “Disorderly” from their upcoming album “Faces of the Meek and Fearless”. In “Disorderly” Chilo examines the hypocrisy of law enforcement activities over a jazz-infused, uptempo beat laced with a scratch hook from B.O.K..

Chilo Bio:
Chilo Cajigas teaches global studies and government to Brooklyn high school students. He is a founding member of the award winning poetry collective, El Grito de Poetas,. He has featured at such legendary venues, events and institutions as the Nuyorican Poets Cafe, NYU, Yale, Princeton, Lincoln Center, The Apollo Theater, and the Newport Jazz Festival. He has recorded 12 Hip Hop albums and is featured in the contemporary poetry anthologies “No Me Habla Con Acento”, “The BX Files” and his own “Closed Doors and Opened Windows”. In 2015, Chilo was featured on episode 9 of the first season of the TV series, “Puerto Rican Voices” as well as appearing on the Grammy Winning “The Offense of the Drum” album by Arturo O’Farrill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra.
