Its that time again! The 3rd annual Free Reign hip hop cultural arts festival is coming. Join us again as we host:
7/14: Panel discussion on the stereotype of graffiti and how it can be used as an outlet for behavioral issues as well as to beautify city’s and towns.
7/15: Tag You’re It, graffiti competition that puts into live action what was discussed the night before during the discussion. Open to everyone, novice and expert, Tag You’re It is a friendly competition to bring together a community.
